Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25th Feb, 2026

This policy outlines the payment terms, refund conditions, cancellation rules, and late fee structure for services provided by Gravigo Agency, including digital marketing, graphic designing, video editing, content writing, and website designing services.


1. Payment Terms

  • All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For monthly marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.), payment must be made before the start of each billing cycle.
  • Project-based services may follow milestone-based payment terms as mentioned in the proposal or agreement.
  • International clients are responsible for currency conversion and transaction charges.

2. Late Payments & Fees

  • Payments not received by the due date may attract a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
  • Services may be paused or suspended if payment is delayed beyond 7 days.
  • Continued non-payment may result in project termination without refund of previous payments.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
  • Strategy, consultation, and planning fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.


4. Cancellation Policy

By Client:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • If cancelled after project initiation, payment for work completed up to that stage will be deducted.
  • For monthly services, cancellation requires at least 15 days’ prior written notice before the next billing cycle.

By Gravigo Agency:

We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of services
  • Unethical or illegal activities
  • Repeated communication failure

In such cases, refunds will not be applicable for completed work.


5. Inactive Projects

If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, or communication for more than 30 days, the project will be marked inactive. Reactivation may incur additional charges. Refunds will not be provided for inactive projects.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
