Gravigo Agency provides digital marketing and creative services to businesses in Chandigarh and globally. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice shared with the client.
2. Payments & Billing
- All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless specified in a separate agreement.
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project delays.
- International clients are responsible for any applicable transaction or currency conversion charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required materials on time
- Respond promptly to approvals and feedback
- Ensure they have rights to use any content, logos, or materials shared with us
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication.
4. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- Gravigo Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Any unpaid work remains the property of Gravigo Agency.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gravigo Agency shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Performance results influenced by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Digital marketing results may vary based on market conditions and competition.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may involve third-party tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, or CRM systems. We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues from these platforms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
